Custom End Mill

Made-to-order solid carbide end mills are engineered to your specifications. These tools deliver stable performance across demanding materials and complex geometries. We produce to drawing or sample, helping teams remove bottlenecks and improve machining efficiency.


Application-Driven Design


Each solution is tailored to the part, process, machine, and clamping. We combine substrate, coating, geometry, and tolerance to raise metal removal rates, improve surface finish, and extend tool life.


Machine and Toolholding Alignment


Designs are matched to your CNC platform, spindle power, and holder strategy. We support HSK and BT interfaces, high-precision collet chucks, and shrink-fit or mechanical holders to maximize rigidity and minimize runout.


Engineering and Manufacturing Capability


Production is based in Changzhou, integrating R&D and manufacturing. Grinding is performed on imported equipment, including Switzerland TTB Micro Grinding Centers, German WALTER HELITRONIC, and ANCA platforms. Metrology uses ZOLLER presetting and PG1000 video measurement, among other instruments, to verify geometry, concentricity, and surface condition. ISO9001 (2023–2026) and SGS certifications support controlled processes. Our 4,316 m² facility enables dependable lead times for prototypes and production volumes.


Geometry and Specification Options



  • Substrate and coatings: Micro-grain or ultra-fine carbide with TiAlN, AlTiN, DLC, or diamond to manage wear and heat.

  • Flute count and helix: 2–8 flutes; low to high helix; variable helix/pitch to balance chip flow and stiffness.

  • Corner protection and edge prep: Corner radius or chamfer, chip breakers, and precision edge conditioning for aggressive cuts.

  • Neck relief: Necked shank options for deep-reach features with controlled deflection.

  • Shank interface: Straight, Weldon, or relieved shanks suited to collet or shrink-fit holders to reduce pull-out.

  • Diameter, length, tolerance: Micro to large diameters; specified flute and overall lengths; defined shank and cutting tolerances for runout control.

  • Chip evacuation and finish: Polished flutes, high rake, and tuned relief for clean chip flow and smooth surfaces, especially in aluminum.


Material-Focused Configurations



  • Aluminum and non‑ferrous: High rake, sharp edges, and ultra‑polished flutes with DLC or diamond‑like coatings for burr‑free cutting and rapid chip evacuation.

  • Hardened and tool steels (50–65 HRC): Micro‑grain carbide, TiAlN/AlTiN, optimized relief, and strong core thickness for heat resistance and edge integrity.

  • Stainless, titanium, and superalloys: Controlled helix, robust edge prep, and chip breakers to manage work‑hardening and heat for steady tool life.

  • Composites and woodworking: Special profiles and diamond coatings to minimize delamination and fiber pull‑out; clean edges on hardwoods and engineered boards.


Specials and Non-Standard Tools


Beyond standard geometries, we build form cutters and non‑standard end mills to replicate complex profiles, steps, and threads in a single pass. Submit drawings or samples, and we will engineer the exact profile—keyways, chamfers, radii, tapers, and multi‑step features—to reduce secondary operations and improve consistency.
